A SUPERMARKET Supervisor needed in Ikate , Lekki, salary 100k , one day on one day off, no accommodation.

A reputable and fast-growing supermarket located in Lekki Phase 1 is seeking a competent and proactive Supermarket Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with strong leadership skills and a solid background in retail management.

*Salary: ₦100,000 monthly

*Location: Lekki Phase 1

*Work Schedule: One day on, one day off (alternating shifts)

*Accommodation: Not provided

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of store staff

Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and properly labeled

Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages promptly

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and store presentation

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues efficiently

Support sales targets and implement strategies to boost revenue

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a supermarket or retail environment

Strong leadership and team management skills

Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Basic knowledge of inventory management systems

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure

Minimum qualification: OND or equivalent (higher qualifications are an advantage)
