We are urgently seeking four (4) highly organized, proactive, and leadership-driven Supervisors to manage daily operations at a fast-paced and thriving supermarket located in Ikate, Lekki. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced retail professionals looking to step into a lucrative management role that offers a highly flexible work-life balance.

We require Supervisors who can hit the ground running right away. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing floor staff and cashiers, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing, handling customer escalations with grace, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring the absolute smooth running of the supermarket during their shifts. We are looking for individuals with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of retail operations, physical stamina for a busy floor, and a highly professional demeanor.

Salary: ₦100,000 per month.

Work Schedule: Resumption time is strictly 7:45 am and closing time is 10:00 pm. The shift structure is one day on, one day off. (This rotational schedule is a massive advantage, giving you a full day to rest and recover after every single workday).
