 GENERAL MANAGER NEEDED – HOTEL IN LEKKI

A reputable hotel located in Lekki is currently seeking an experienced, smart, and result-driven General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent service delivery across all departments. We are looking for a professional with strong leadership skills, hospitality experience, and the ability to manage staff, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.

Salary: ₦450,000 – ₦700,000 monthly
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all hotel operations efficiently
• Manage staff performance, recruitment, and training
• Ensure excellent guest experience and customer satisfaction
• Monitor hotel finances, budgets, and operational expenses
• Develop strategies to increase occupancy and profitability
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly
• Work closely with department heads to improve productivity
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and industry regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management or hospitality operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and solve operational challenges
• Good knowledge of hotel software and reporting systems
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
