Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery

Supervise and coordinate staff activities across departments

Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly address complaints or concerns

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, standards, and safety regulations

Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation

Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with management on supply needs

Prepare daily reports and provide updates to management

Requirements:

Minimum of OND qualification; additional certifications in hospitality management are an advantage

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or similar environment

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
