A reputable poultry farm located in Epe, Lagos is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Poultry Supervisor to join its team. This role is ideal for a responsible individual with hands-on experience in poultry farming and a strong ability to manage daily farm operations effectively.

The Poultry Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the general management of the poultry farm, ensuring proper care and feeding of birds, monitoring their health, and maintaining hygiene standards across the facility. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in poultry production, disease control, vaccination schedules, and biosecurity measures. You will also supervise farm workers, assign tasks, and ensure productivity targets are met.

Key responsibilities include managing feed schedules, monitoring egg production or bird growth, identifying and addressing health issues promptly, and maintaining accurate farm records. The supervisor must ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while optimizing farm output.

Applicants should possess at least a secondary school certificate, although additional training or certification in agriculture or animal science is an added advantage. Prior experience in poultry farming is required, along with good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
