A prestigious 4-star hotel located in the heart of Ikoyi, Lagos state is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead her kitchen team and deliver exceptional culinary experiences to her guests.

Position: Head Chef

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Salary: ₦250,000/month

Accommodation: Provided

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and service.

Design and update menus with creative and appealing dishes.

Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

Manage kitchen staff, schedules, and training.

Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of both local and international cuisines.

Proven ability to manage a team effectively.

Culinary certification or relevant qualification is a plus.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
